How You Can Help
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our entire program is run by people with direct experience with depression or bipolar. We donate our time and efforts to make a difference in our own lives as much as in the lives of others who share our struggles for better lives. We believe strongly in crowd-sourcing as the best way to represent the needs of everyone and we cannot do that without your help.
How you choose to get involved is entirely up to you. You can help by simply commenting on our pages and that makes sure your voice is heard, but if you would like to do more we can certainly use the help. There is no limit to things you can do to make a difference informally and we will list several ideas below.
If you would like to take a bigger role we ask that you fill out the form below so we can coordinate projects and make the best use of your skills and interests. We especially need someone with skills to coordinate volunteer projects if you can do that 😉
